Sonny rips his skin off at the end and you see the demon that looks more like a cheesy alien. lol

Yeah, I agree with you there. I think the movie should've ended with Sonny killing the family and mouthing the words "I don't remember" to the priest. But, then the movie would be super short. lol

I agree that they should have ended it with that moment. As for the length of the movie I think they could have expanded it with the developing of the incest line a little better, maybe into several scenes instead of just a single scene when everything had happened. In the end, it was the best part of the movie in my opinion.

Yeah, that was more than a bit cheesy, but it was just the effects type of the day. Similarly, the scene in Terminator (shot two years later), where Arnie takes his eye out... the scene that changes (very obviously) from Arnie Terminator to Arnimatronic Terminator. You can't help but notice it, but it doesn't ruin the movie.
