if you can find them, may I suggest:
Oliver Oliver: french film, not really related but things happen when she believes that they are

Liar's Moon: again not really related, but you don't find that out til almost the end of the flick

the next ones are made for tv movies and I don't even know if you can buy them. lucky me, I taped some back when the first came on.

Sin of Innocence: 1986 step brother/step sister

Something About Amelia:1984 Ted Danson plays the dad who's been sexually abusing his daughter and he does the job quite well

Close Relations: BBC production from the 1990's brother/sister

Priest: you don't actually see it but you do hear about it Father/daughter

here are some TV shows which you can buy if you want to pay the price for them.

Family Ties:the eppy Give Your Uncle A Kiss no blood relation but Mallory thinks of him as Uncle Arthur

Wiseguy: don't know the episodes names but it's Mel and Susan Proffit bro/sister

Friday the 13th:the series: there's nothing truly concreate but just watch these sucker's and try to deny that there wasn't..something..between Micki and Ryan cousins. episodes:The Inheritanc,Shadow Boxer, The Baron's Bride, Scarecrow, The Quilt of Hator 1&2, Pipe Dreams, Doorway to Hell, Mask of Disguise, Tails I Live Heads You Die, Coven of Darkness and Bedazzled. FYI: if you want to know why I suggest them, just email me and I'll be happy to tell you why

"The House of Yes," with Parker Posey as a young woman whose twin brother, with whom she's had an incestuous relationship for years, is engaged to be married.

House of Yes was a good example. I'm also surprised no one mentioned "Angels and Incest" ... er "Angels and Insects"

At the end it turns out that the young lovers/killers are brother and sister.

I can't believe no one has mentioned The Royal Tenenbaums. Sure, they're not blood related, she was adopted when she was a baby, I think, but they're still brother and sister.

david o. russsel's 'spanking the monkey', with jeremy davies, has a pretty disturbing scene in it.

and louis malle's 'murmer of the heart' has a bit more of a lighthearted take on it.
