To good shows like this!!! Ugggh I need a time machine to take me back to the 80's! I'll take a tube tv connected to a VCR while sitting at home watching a good tv show over any of this garbage thats on tv nowadays...keeping up with the Kardashians and dancing with the stars smh. I noticed its not any more sitcom tv shows anymore, well atleast not any good ones but i understand times have changed :(

Shows stopped being about families.

When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.

I actually think the US version of "The Office", as well "30 Rock", as are as good as any sitcom ever produced. "Family Ties" wasn't bad, but had an inconsistent tone; it veered from 'jokey' to 'juvenile' to 'melodramatic' too easily.

The Goldbergs is a great current family sitcom!

I agree! It takes place in the 80s though, so it's current, but not exactly... But that's what makes it one of the few good ones around these days! The 80s were the best!

Why stop with the time machine back to the 80s? Let it rip back to the 50s and 60s and really get great television.
