On the pictures in the photo gallery who is the guy standing back to back with leroy wearing the purple shirt?

While we're figuring out names...
Who played Jessie? (I know I *should* know his name, but right now I can't for the life of me remember what it is! ) I can't find him listed anywhere in the cast, either, which I find VERY odd. (Also the the fact that Nia Peeples isn't listed here as Nicole bothers me too. I KNOW they were both in *this* series, and not a separate one!! )
In any case, your help is greatly appreciated.

If you click (More) underneath the cast list, it shows you more of the cast.
But it's weird, it has Nia Peeples, but they have her character listed as- Danny's Girlfriend for 1 episode

See, that's what I mean. And I couldn't find Jesse anywhere. Is he not listed, or am I blind? (Yes, I had looked under "more", several times in fact. ) It's almost like they don't want to acknowledge the cast change. I think I only saw Janet Jackson listed for a few episodes as well, and I could have sworn she was on for at least a full season, if not longer.
And thank you very much for your swift response. I've been fighting a migraine off and on for the last day or so, and just could not think of his name.
