DVDs WTH???

So I bought the DVDs last week, and I cannot believe how mislabeled they are! I've actually had this problem with some other DVD sets that I've bought. I mean, how can a company allow something to be published that is so messed up??? I mean, don't they edit them? Don't they check them out before they mass produce them? Ridiculous!

They're incredibly mislabeled, and so is the case. It says disk 1 has episodes 1-5, but it's only 1-4, and episode 5 is on disk 2. That throws off the labeling and the episode descriptions for the rest of the disks. Some other shows I've bought have similar issues.
