Was Troy (season 2) really disabled?or was it just acting?
I couldn't tell if it was the Cousin Geri of "Facts of Life" thing going on.
Oddly the actor actually looked like cousin geri too.
Either way he had a great voice.

That was Jimmy Osmond - brother to Donny and Marie. No, I don't believe he is really specially challenged.
