CENSORED on DVD!

Has anyone else noticed what I noticed? I was watching the DVD with my fave episode "Not In Kansas Anymore" and found there's a line that was cut/censored for the DVD. It's when Doris interrupts The Wizard who says "Don't they teach you kids anything? Don't you know that fish gotta swim, and birds gotta fly, a kiss is still a kiss, a sigh is still a sigh...but a good cigar is a smoke!" On the DVD release the part about "a good cigar is a smoke!" has been cut.

Anyone else notice this or any other cuts in other episodes? I know this to be true because I have a videotape of the episode I recorded the night it originally aired, so I know the cigar part is missing. Inexcusable, IMHO.
