Worst Singer on Fame

Dispite having this last name, I have to say Lori Singer was the worst singer on Fame. With Lee Curreri coming in second. I would also add P.R. Paul, but he had no solos.

Gene Anthony Ray was a fantastic dancer but, bless him, not a singer.

Lori and Lee were also pretty hard on the ears.

Be that as it may I am highly impressed that all the folks do their own singing and dancing and (of course) acting. Not something you see much of nowadays... Todays episode for example: Greg Evigan (of TekWar fame) appeared as a Country singer and I was surprised to see him credited with the songs. Not a great voice but passable...

I thought they were all pretty brutal singers except for Doris (Valerie Lansburg). I just recently found out that Julie (Lori Singer) actually really played the cello! Here I thought she was really bad at acting like she played. lol All in all, they were all pretty talented in their given roles (Leroy - dancer, Doris - singer, Bruno my fav - musician/composer)...you get the idea.

Well i think Lori Singer is the worst singer, but the rest of them have pretty good voices.

On my thing u said lee curreri had a website, what is it???

I went to www.leecurreri.com a couple of weeks ago and it was all good, but I went there just last night and it didn't work. It was the address for some random guy.
About the worst singer question, I honestly can't remember and solos from Laurie Singer so I can't really judge her so, as much as I love Bruno, Lee Curreri doesn't have the best voice. Though Sho Sho Sho Shorofski was awesome.

Love each other despite our imperfections.

Lori has a HUGE solo in the episode "Expose" and sings a song called "It's Gonna Be a Long Night". The Fame producers even included it on the first soundtrack album.

She also had a bit solo in the episodes "A Special Place" and "Friendship Day"

Lori and Lee weren't good singers, but I'm glad they were allowed to sing anyway. It gave the show credibility for me. I am very surprised years later at what a good singer Carlo was.

Lori Singer and PR Paul- Season One, (but they were great characters).

In the later years, Page Hannah was let go for not being a strong singer/dancer.

P.R. Paul wasn't a good singer, but he very rarely sang on the show, it's the same with Lori Singer. Therefore, I agree with those whose choice is Lee Curreri, not a really good singer.

Oh I think Lee gets a pass. I know he hits a squeeker every now and then but most of them did. I'm not a singer myself so I'm not criticizing. But I think Lee's voice goes fine with his songs and it does not bother me. They put the kids through singing lessons and poor Lee said for him it was like pulling teeth. He was unhappy with violin lessons for the movie because that was not his main instruemt of choice and he was not a violinist. He seems to me a perfectionist when it comes to his music and would rather play the instruments he does well. And He was greatly pained when learning the dance for the tin man because he is not dancer. Lee was the cutest tin man and he did beautiful with the dance steps. He should not feel like he did'nt :)
