I love Angelo Martelli! Great character and great actor. I love his scenes with Bruno and with the other kids. They all wanted a dad like Angelo!

Definitely supportive.

Supportive. He just went a bit overboard at times. I have to say, I loved this character. He's raising a teenager all by himself, and he wants his son to have a better life than he has (though in my opinion, he was selling himself short). He could see that his son was extremely talented and wanted him to have every opportunity that he could, which sometimes came across as controlling.

Uh-oh.
Not a word you want to hear in this house.
Catch ya on the flip side.

Angelo did get carried away because he wanted so much for Bruno. So did Mr. Shrosky the other way trying to protect him to death? LITA: Said he was popa bear with teeth when it came to his students. Not sure how the name is spelled? As Angelo said once between all my carrying and all your carrying we almost hurt this kid. But Bruno would not be happy with out his pop , his friends and his favorite teacher around who he loved to argue music with.
