Since her father's name was Martin Zzbiske (played by Richard Bradford), my best guess would be that her maiden name was "Zzbiske", even though he left her mother when MB was still a kid. She might have had her mother's maiden name after her parents (probably) divorced, so who knows...
To the best of my recollection her maiden name has never been explicitely mentioned during the shows run.
