i wonder if any channel will repeat the series, after all they do miami vice often enough....lol Its better to burn out than to fade away

Yeah, they should. It was a very popular show, despite the CBS executives' claims. I'm glad the first season is now out on DVD; hopefully other seasons will follow. It's so wonderful being able to watch the show with no commercials now; it sure brings back wonderful memories.

I'm just watching it now on ITV3 which is a British Channel over here in the UK. To be honest I'm watching it mainly because of Sharon Gless, whoa, she was hot back then!

So was Tyne...and so were Mary Beth and Christine. Mary Beth has one of the most beautiful faces I've ever seen in my life. And that Christine; she's one of the funniest, cutest characters I've ever seen! Loved that cute Irish face with the pug nose and freckles.

Miami Vice on what channel? I'd like to see it again too, especially since you never see the DVDs in stores anymore because they are too busy stocking the shelves with Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill and other forgetable *beep* that no one will care about in 5 years.

Unfortunately, Sharon looks a bit cheap and rather unnatural these day, especially with her face being unnaturally smooth for a woman in her late sixties and with her ridiculously dyed hair...too skinny also.

I liked the way Sharon looked naturally when she looked more like Chris...Chris had a cute leprechaun, yet gritty New York look about her. I always loved Chris't thick brows, coarse features and ethnic Irish appearance.

Too bad Sharon kind of ruined that for herself.

Those fans here in the UK can currently watch season 2 being rerun on BBC2 5 days a week. :)
