Mary Beth's killer smile.........

Re-watching the eppies brings back also memories of Mary Beth's terrific killer smile. Anyone remember it or have seen it in the DVD's? That beautiful face to begin with...then her entire mouth just stretches and her upper lip lifts to show beautiful large teeth. Love how her high cheekbones get even higher.

Harve Junior looks so, so much like her; I hadn't realized that before. Re-saw both parts of the poignant eppie Who Says It's Fair on hulu the other night...poor Mary Beth sure went thru a lot.

I get the feeling that when Mary Beth and Harvey Sr were arguing in the kitchen near the beginning and Mary Beth was crashing pans around in her fear and anger and the two boys heard and came over and Harvey Sr. shouted at them to check their homework, it really frightened Harve Jr.

I noticed Harve Jr.'s face turned a bit pale and his hand started to shake, although he tried to hide it from his little brother.

Touching, realistic scene.

Every scene they do is realistic ... especially the ones you have mentioned above.

I love the realistic views of NYC...I am familiar with this city and I love that they don't try to glamorize NY.
