Amazon says the release date is June 8 or something but my brother just called me from Target and he had it *in his hand* (he said - we don't have webcam phones)
I've been telling him about it for years. I'm so excited!
So, everyone call your local Target and see if it's in stock.
Perhaps he had the other Student Bodies? Which Target has for $10?

Went to my local Target and WalMart stores, as well as several other chain movie stores, and was unable to find it. I did find a 4-pack of cheesy t & a screwball comedies from the 1990s on dvd that was titled Student Bodies, but it wasn't the same flick.
You know what? I had this on a VHS pan and scan bootleg for years, then copied that to dvd, so it's not gonna kill me to wait another few weeks to see it officially released; bit of a shock this was even upgraded to an official dvd release to begin with, so I can wait.
It's only at select Targets right now....
I checked 4 around here and I had no luck....

I live in Phoenix, Arizona & the Legendfilms.com website states that "Student Bodies" will be released on Tuesday, June 03, 2008 at "Select" Target Stores, but when I called at least 2 Target Stores(& Checked the Target website) there is no listing..I even tried Best Buy, Walamrt, SunCoast, The Vrigin Mega Store, Circut City, Fry's Electronics & Borders Books and Music...& I get several responses such as no listing, the film is out of print etc..etc....Amazon and Legend Films website are the only 2 sources with a lisitng ....what is up with that!!?!!?
AMAZON.COM is sold out (Temp out of stock)....so I guess I will go through Legendfilms.com !!!!!

I too saw the Amazon link, purchased the DVD and was told it would ship in July, but the next day an email was sent and said I should receive my order with Student Bodies on June 11th. It's June 12th, 1 day late but I have The Movie. No inserts, crappy quality case, cover art isn't the same as the poster, and I'm not sure of the quality of transfer; it's widescreen 1:78. So order from Amazon post-haste.
