Theater Run - One Week Only - Los Angeles

"REDS" will open today for a 1 week run at the Pacific Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood in it's original 200 minute cut - complete with intermission. I missed this film the first time it was released in 1981, so for those of you who wish to see an epic film (which I doubt could be made in today's political climate by a major studio)in a fresh and pristine print with tremendous screening facilities, then do not miss this film (like I did 25 years ago!)

I was lucky (and old) enough to have seen Reds at the Chinese Theater, opening day, December 4, 1981.

I wish I lived in LA so I could see it again on the big screen.

As opposed to what? There was only one cut that ever showed in theaters. I just finished watching the DVD - it's a nice transfer, not perfect, but excellent. The Laurent Bouzereau "documentaries" are his usual inane crap.
