Does the dvd come out on the 10th or 17th?

I've seen it attached to both dates from various websites, I was hoping that someone can give the correct answer.

Really, cause I cant seem to find it anywhere, i had heard it was pushed back, but many web sites still say the 17th. If anyone out there has purchased it, I would like to know.

It's been re-released in theatres for a one week engagement this week and will be out on DVD on the 17th.

According to an ad in the NY Times, the DVD will be available for the first time on 17 October 2006.

yeah, i actually bought it last night at Barnes and Noble. It seems that they didnt get the memo about the release date being pushed back.

Amazon set me a message saying that it shipped today (17th)!
