What is the name of the song played during the movie when the Russian Revolution begins and Lenin and the Communists seize power. It is just before the Intermission.

Yes, it's The Internationale, the big communist theme song from back in the day. When Warren Beatty got his lifetime achievement award they played that sing as he walked up to the podium to give his speech. And people wonder why Congress was investigating Hollywood for Communist connections in the 1950s.

If you're going to call that a "witch hunt" then you have to admit it was a witch hunt with real witches. These people really were Commies and commie sympathizers.

I don't think anyone wonders why Congress was doing the investigating. They were trying to make themselves famous and politically viable by tormenting innocent people for daring to exercise their first amendment rights.
