At one of my libraries they used to have periodicals of VARIETY copies in the back. There was a review of this film.The reviews are usually about 4 paragraphs long but this was only about one and a half. The review said this,SPOILER ALERT, "...He tries to elevate her to death.Yes he does." Thats not true. The cops shoot the controlls before it succeeds. I wonder if any filmmaker has thought about taking legal action against VARIETY for putting spoilers in their reviews?

he was trying to convey how absurd it was. after the elevate her to death he is expecting the reader to go "no way" to themselves. that leads him to reaffirming what the killer tries to do.

OMG They showed this on Turner Classic Movies tonight!! That reviewer didn't write a spoiler because he didn't say who the killer was or if he succeeded in trying to kill her.
