The scene where the model is thrown from her apartment balcony onto the car below is one of the rarest and authentic looking deaths I've ever seen and it amazes me that to this day we haven't really seen this type of stunt done in other movies.

I believe it was an actual dead body that hit the car. When people donate their dead bodies for science it's not only science.
