what is being chanted during the kill scenes?

sounds like either "he see's him" or "he's evil"

can't quite make it out.

It honestly sounded to me like they were chanting "It's Cecil!" or "It's Caesar!"

The chanting and music in this film reminded me greatly of 'The Shining'.

It always sounded like "deceased" to me, though I know that's not what it actually is.

So no consensus, I see. I just watched this, and couldn't tell what was being chanted either.
