me and my brother loved this movie when we were kids and used to yell FOXY AND THE HOUNDY.. and i was foxy and he was houndy and we wud HOLLLLERRR and go wooooooooffff hahha, sounds hilarious and it was .. ol' fun times.

That is really funny and cute. I don't remember anything quite that hilarious. I just remember being all about this movie when I was a kid. I had the storybook version, complete with a cassette tape (basically audiobook). Used to watch it and listen to it all the time, even just all by myself.
Years and years later, when I was in my early 20s, I discovered it was the favorite film of my friend's daughter, who was then about 3. I would babysit and just the two of us would watch it together all the time. My friend got sick of it, but her daughter and I never did.
awww thats a nice story too. its nice that such a quality movie can have nice meanings and experiences for ppl! im very happy about that. :)
