The best movie ever made by Disney. Sends some good messages, and there is a lot of hidden messages that make it deeper than it actually appears. Overall great story and very well done. Good cartoon work, too.

I agree. In terms of an all-around, feature-length animated production, to me it's the best of all time and more moving than even The Lion King, the Toy Story movies, or anything else.
And it's not just a great animated film. It's a great film, period. It's a timeless movie, and I can't think of too many if any animated films in which a viewer could watch it as a young person and then see it years later and appreciate so many important life lessons.
Aside from the lessons and symbols, etc., it's just a great story with top-shelf story technique. Its usage of foreshadowing, for example, with the bridge shown in the background at the beginning, is outstanding. The artwork and voice acting are superb. It's genuinely funny.
It was very under-rated upon release by critics, and while it has a solid fan base who appreciates it, it still remains under-rated today. It will never get there, but it would be a very worthy choice for the IMDB Top 250.
Very underrated film. The portrayal of friendship at its most accurate . People change as we grow up and we're not the same. The ending voice over gets me as you see their childhood ambitions, so innocent, did not turn out as it should've due to the corruption of man. Such a touching movie.
