One of my favourite things about the movie

I love this movie. I loved it as a kid and I love it now. I love the characters, the plot, the message, everything. But you wanna know what I love about this movie, maybe even most of all?

The scenery.

It's so gorgeous in this movie. The mountains, the forests, everything. I love all the attention to detail, the setting, beautiful. I want to live in the mountains. They look fantastic. I never appreciated it so much as a kid, but watching it now, I can't help but stare in awe.

Anyone else feel this way?

Yeah the scenery in it is beautiful.
Have you seen the Sleeping Beauty scenery?

I to love the scenery. I've noticed my favorite disney movies are usually the ones that have great scenery and take place in nature like a forest or mountains.

I also liked this movie as a kid and I'm still loving it now. And I also like the scenery - especially in the opening shot, with the fog surrounding the woods. It's breathtaking.

Oh, I do. It's just gorgeous! I used to live in mountains like that, and it was wonderful to walk amidst the trees and bask in the sun, with the fog and no loud cars or big buildings in the way of seeing everything...

This movie captures that beauty in nature very well. The setting, especially for the plot in this film, is a character in and of itself.

I really noticed the beautiful scenery & detail too, having revisited this movie after many years. It stood out to me, because I recently revisited Little Mermaid also, and was surprised at how flat the animation is in a lot of places in that movie. I'd say the animation was much better in The Fox and the Hound, than Little Mermaid. I know that's probably an odd comparison, but those are 2 that I've watched recently from the past that I haven't seen in awhile. I was surprised and impressed by TFATH at how well it was done, and I was surprised at how unimpressive TLM seems to me now.

Oh, if you're asking what's your favourite scene, then mine is when Tod is chasing the butterfly.
