That cackle he does twice, first after the president was kidnapped than when duke points his gun at brain. He was so creepy... Like this goofy silly laugh but than a serious tone that meant business immediately afterwards. He definitely knows how to act. But what I thought was weird was how this ghetto black dude would have a white skinny henchman. But NY was just that crazy I guess. Anybody else like Romero

Awesome character.
A great, ghoulish character, complete with fangs. He sets the tone for New York: a scary place filled with scary people leading an almost sub-human existence.
