do you think Valerian's blacksmith father was right about how magic was slowly fading away even though people were still being attacked by giant monsters like dragons?
shareI think it was less common that it had once been. The people requiring proof that the wizard could do magic sort of indicates that not everyone fully believed in magic, so it must not have been an everyday occurrence.
