...starts in an hour. TCM has been showing some great horror flicks lately. The Boogens, The Beyond, Night Of The Lepus, Black Christmas, Superstition, The Devil Within Her, to name just a few.

shareI watched it last Friday night too. I'm actually going to keep it saved on my DVR until I buy a copy. I haven't watched TCM since they showed Blood Feast a few years back, then about a month ago they showed Black Christmas and I started noticing TCM a lot more. Night of the Lepus, was actually a movie I had been trying to figure out the name to for a long while now, so I was stoked to see it on here. The Beyond was the best out of the recent horror films they've shown, I've owned it for a while now, but I think that was the first time I've watched it on television.
There's another old zombie movie I'm really hoping they end up showing at some point, I have no idea what the title is though. All I remember from it is a scene whey the dead greaser kids make a gas station attendant drink gas from the pump and his head explodes or something, and the ending scene where the boy and the girl are walking away and the guy says something along the lines of, "I thought you couldn't swim..." and the girl replies, "I can't" then the credits roll. hahah it sounds vague I know, but hopefully TCM will show it at some point, because it's an older title, and they've been pretty money with the movies they've been showing on weekends lately

No, I own that one and most of Fulci's other movies. I'm pretty sure it's an american film. But, like I said, all I remember is a guy being killed by having gas pumped into his mouth, and the girl at the end making the remark that she couldn't swim right before the credits rolled.
Post about the film on the main board where you can ask question. I think most things get solved on there.
TCM is showing it again. I had never heard of it. I agree TCM Underground shows a lot of great stuff. I saw Blood Freak and also one called Sonny Boy that was really out there. Unfortunately I didn't see it all.
I have nothing against this movie per se, as I do love a fun 80's slasher flick, but how the hell does this meet the criteria for TCM? My jaw dropped and I had to do a double take as I was flipping through the channels before.

it's part of their "Underground" series - they always show some off-beat film at 11pm on Fridays - they have been showing some great ones - the earlier post mentioned Sonny Boy and it truly is one for the ages - just wait until Xmas when they show the Mexican-made Santa Claus!!
