David Moscow who plays Young Josh in Big is his brother?

It's been too long since I've seen Bloody Birthday. I hardly remember it now.

No, I was wrong.

I was thinking of the kid who play young Josh's best friend, but he's not a Jacoby. I thought I had looked him up while watching Big recently, but I must have mixed that up with someone else.
