Born without a conscience? I'm not sure,I have ordered the movie
from Netflix,so I guess I'm gonna have to wait and see.But it sounds
sort of redundant,like Santa's Slay,Jolly Nick born an evil elf?

Yes, that is what the movie is about. I've never seen Santa's Slay before, but this was made two decades before it so I guess Santa's Slay must be the redundant one. I assume you've watched the film by now, though. What did you think of it?
