Anyone else root for the kids?

I gotta admit, I was cheering for those three kids the whole movie. It didn't help that Timmy and Joyce were kind of insufferable in their own rights. I think there would have been a better ending in the three of them never getting caught and left at large precocious and killing instead of just the little girl, Debbie. So was anything else feeling the same while watching?

Sleeping Beauty needs more of Prince Philip stabbing monsters & pop locking with bitches.

No, I really liked Timmy and Joyce so I was glad they lived through the entire movie. I did not want them to die. The kids didn't get killed either and Debbie got away with everything she did so it is technically a happy ending for both parties involved. I like it that way.

I hated those kids. I mean, they were good villains and all. I couldn't wait to see that smarmy curtis get his ass kicked lol. That little punk debbie, ugh. Nope, I was def rooting for them to get crushed.

I see what you mean I usually root for villains in horror movies depending on who the protagonists are. In this movie I could not root for the kids because Timmy and Joyce came off very likable. I gained a lot of respect for Timmy after he got himself out of that refrigerator and that made me hate Curtis' ass even more. Timmy seemed like a good nice normal kid and his sister Joyce was really likable too because she was very caring and had a mother like quality to her. She was definitely wise for her age and unlike Beverly she was a very good big sister to Timmy.

The only time I found myself rooting for any of these kids was with Debbie killing her sister Beverly. Bev was a fvcking *beep* compared to Joyce as a sister. She was way too mean to Debbie. So in that situation yes but the rest hell no I wanted those kids to get their asses handed to them maybe even die.

No sympathy for the teacher, that's for sure.

Speaking of the kids, why did they bother having three when the third one hardly features in it at all?
