I'm done with this show.
Depicting cruelty to animals, in this case eating cats, goes over a line.
Good riddance and I'm flushing this turd of a show away.

I'm sure I don't need to tell you this, but they depicted NO cruelty to animals. They depicted people eating food that the (fictitious) SCRIPT later said was of feline origin. This has actually happened many times in real life.
Did you see the one where Mick Belker was dressed as a chicken, encouraging people to go into a fast food joint and eat dead chickens? That one didn't make you want to boycott the show?
I highly doubt any cats were harmed in the filming of this episode-it is fictional tv. And it's not like it was portrayed to be ok to eat them-the police arrested them. This was a police show, so showing the bad things in life was kind of a big part of it. It does bother me that the depiction of cruelty to animals crossed the line for you, but apparently all the rapes/murders did not.

sharemaryrosenkrantz,
I second that emotion.

I feel sorry for you.
shareIt's just a show dude! I'm sure the show doesn't miss you.
shareMaybe the OP should flush the real world away as well. I hope he/she realizes that in a lot of countries around the world, people eat cats, dogs, horses, etc, etc, etc...
And in places like India, cows are sacred. So they think we Americans are barbaric and cruel for eating beef.
Just saying...
I finished it in elementary school. Some great characters and lots of drama and that song, OMG that song. Wonderful.
