Does anyone know if the season 1 DVD of FG in Australia has the cuts intact?

Has anyone got the Australian DVD release of the first season? Does it feature all of the original songs, and is all the footage intact (i.e. without digital blurring?)
I still have no idea about the Australian release. However there is a German release od the first season, which also features the English language track, and I am wondering whether or not this release will feature the original songs and uncut footage since the licensing laws are very different to those in America.
Season 2 has also been announced in Germany with a release date of 12th September 2008.
