Dynasty was in it's climax during seasons 5 and 6 which were NO 1 and NO 6 in America respectively a show at it's heights.
I loved both seasons but I will go with 5 cause 6 was kind of boring in first 10 or so episodes and because oxenberg entered the show as amanda and because 5 HAD THE GREATEST ENDING CLIFFHANGER..........THE MOLDAVIAN MASSACRE IN WHICH WE WITNESSED THE GOOD (dex) FIGHTING THE EVIL (terrorists) IN THE BATTLE BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL.
Yes, the Moldavian Massacre was sooo cool. I still remember watching it as it happened, and how my mom reacted. However, the second half of S.6 was more realistic than Moldavia. The Ben/Alexis/Blake trial was riveting, so I'll have to go with S.6.

I agree second half of S.6 was better but as a whole I think S.5 was better but that just me.
shareI agree as well. Once the Rita story wrapped up and The Colbys finally left to go to their own show, Dynasty went into overdrive the second half and was fantastic. To me it seems like the second half of season 6 and the first half of 7 make up one cohesive season. The Rita half of the season and the Krystina heart transplant half of the other season seem to be separate entities.
