Was there an episode of Bergerac that was centred around someone in a black cloak? I ask this as i had nightmares for around a year after watching this and my mum recently said it might of been Bergerac!
EDIT. Just seen a thread below mentioning a black cloak?
Fires in the Fall, definitely. It was actually the first Bergerac episode I saw, and yes, it gave me nightmares. I was about 7 at the time. It was mainly because of that episode, in fact, that I just recently bought the entire series on DVD, to reminisce.
Fun fact: in that episode, one of the shady characters is named Barnaby. "You! It was you all along, you and Barnaby!" Confused the hell out of me until it dawned on me that Barnaby wasn't John Nettles's character.
As far as I remember, this episode has never been shown on UK Drama or Alibi channels when they've re-run the entire series. Certainly it hasn't in the most recent re-run. I recorded it each day just to be sure.
I'm beginning to think the only way to see it again is to buy the DVD for whichever series it was in (I think it was a series finale).
