in the near future? Scream Factory, the new horror movie dept of Shout Factory! has just signed a deal to release MGM horror catalog titles. Hopefully we'll see Without Warning & Blood Beach soon.

Yeah, you're in luck. Shout!Factory released a DVD/Blu-Ray pack in August 2014.
