is SII back to being considered the best movie?

Superman IIs placement on the recent Empire Superhero movie poll got me thinking:

back in 80s and some of the 90s SII was considered the best. there was just no question it was the best one due to the action, the love story, losing powers etc. STM was liked but it wasn't revered as a classic like it later became. then STM love took over as being the best during the mid 90s/00s due to the increasing reverence of anything Brando had done, and most of all due to all the Richard Donner II stuff coming out on the new invention called the internet and people realising they'd missed out on something far better (where as STM didn't have any of that). But since the Donner Cut came out in 2006 and wasn't that great and its clear for the most part the Lester stuff has the better performances, scenes etc (maybe they should've had the best of both versions and not so biased towards Donner, or maybe if they'd just had all the 'new' Donner stuff in the deleted scenes section), and now that people don't seem mind abit of camp fun stuff (thanks in part to Marvel) I think the original Lester SII is back to being considered the best one (but not the Donner Cut which didn't really work and is really just a glorified DVD extra not so much a proper alternative version of II).

so now the general consensus is probably II,I,III,IV (with MOS coming after STM and SR maybe after MOS, however for me id much rather rewatch III or IV over them)
