SOLVED Does this movie contain this sequence?

A guy with handcuffs escapes and he beats up some guys just using his legs, and then he climbs up a tree and someone sees him but gets intimidated by him and runs away.

I remember watching this sequence as a kid and thinking the handcuffed guy was badass.

For some reason I think it was from this movie but I'm not sure.

Although not exactly how you remember it, it sounds like the beginning of the movie.
