Whether she saw him fade away or spin into some vortex, the bottom line is she saw a human being disappear in front of her eyes. An extremely disconcerting event to say the least. It's no wonder her career was derailed. The questions and confusion must have been enormous.

shareI've always felt that she saw him die of a heart attack in front of her. He woke up back in the present lying on the floor as if he died in her hotel room.
Otherwise he would have woken up in his own bed at the hotel.
