is scanners on blu ray? ive looked for it online i don't see it. so just double-checking here. also.. Is the regular DVD full of added content or commentary, deleted scenes? have the old vhs now want to know if i need dvd or Hopefully blu-ray, thx.

On Blu-ray in Germany
I bought the German Blu-ray and while I do own region-free Blu-ray players this disc is REGION FREE.
It played in my portable SONY Player which I bought in 2012 (It's region A).
That was a nice surprise.
The disc is good. It has an interview with Stephen Lack and trailers. No commentary.

sharebest deal I found was pre ordering from barnes and noble got it for 19.99
sharejust got the criterion bluray. 19.99 at b&n. one of the best releases of the year and the film looks amazing on blu, plus some of the best artwork criterion has ever done. sadly this will be one of the last duel editions because criterion is going back to releasing just the blurays and dvds in separate editions come september. but still i cannot recommend this release enough if you are a fan. the b&n sale is going on til july 28th so everyone take advantage while you still can!!!
