Anyone have any clue how they made it look like the titanic was rising? Some pretty cool effects, looked very nice.

"Raise the Titanic's Budget was 40m in 1980. That was a big budget at the time.I saw it the first day it came out(AUGUST 1,1980) I thought it was good.
