look up bipolar disorder and you'll find striking resemblances in the symptoms and jake's character. Its a pity that in the 80's it was not known off and merely struck off as "anger issues". I know many people have it even today and take medication to get better and cope with life. charlie sheen is known to suffer from it. Pity he doesn't do anything about it and just degenerated. Can anyone dig up if what i say about la motta is true ?

He committed some absolutely heinous crimes and in this interview I read a few years ago, he shows no remorse. He tries to justify and downplay it as not that big of a deal.
His own autobiography says otherwise.
