Which character gives the line about the Bronte sisters both giving the clap to Robert Browning?

I think it's Reno, but I'd appreciate someone confirming that. Or even telling me that I've got it all wrong, provided they tell me who the right character is.

Yes, it was Reno (played by Jason Miller). He had many of the strangest and funniest lines in the film. One of my favorites:

Dr. Fell: "Is this your dog?"
Lt. Reno: "What does it look like, my zebra?"
