Now is Fell really Killer kanes brother??? in the Credits on IMDB and in the film there is no Hudson Kane...so please can someone confirm that Hudson Kane was FELL..

Yes, Flanders is Hudson Kane, he spells it out later on in the film when the patient shows up and declares Vincent to Be Killer Kane.
