when Mr Blatty won the Golden Globe the title was twinkle twinkle killer cane why the name change after awards in the movie houses,,,,
sharePersonally, I never liked the title "Twinkle Twinkle Killer Kane" - it sounds juvenile.
Of course, the first version of the novel was meant to be entirely comedic, so the title change probably came about to match the more serious tone of the rewrite.
