Randy thought he loved her and told Angel at the Boat house, however Angel felt so alone, did not realize how personal having sex was going to be. Randy came over to the girls camp and Cinder approached him, Randy said to have Angel meet him at the boat house, Cinder said, she would tell her but she would not show up, Randy asked why, Cinder told him it was a contest to see who could lose their virgnity first. Randy was upset and then asked Cinder out, they show a scene where Cinder and Randy are watching the girls in a skit and Angel can't stand watching them sit together and thus gets up, Randy runs after her and they talk, Angel tells him that she told everyone that she lost (ie did not lose her virginity) and Randy wants to continue to see her, Angel says it would not be enough due to they did not really get to start at the begining rather they just jumped in and had sex. The next scene is them around the firepit discussing telling the Camp Director about the fact that Ferris did not sleep with Gary.
