...the guerillas actually tie/bind up one leg so that they are not able to run, even if their courage should fail at the last moment?

If this is the same film I have in mind, I was lucky enough to see this years ago at Cinema 150 in Santa Clara, California. It left quite an impression on me, I can tell you.

Cinema 150! I remember it fondly! I always enjoyed going there as an alternative to the fighting the crowds at the Century Theatres on Winchester! (Of course, that may be why it's no longer with us.) With that huge screen, it should have been a great place to see this!
