Do some research and you will find the nazi's were not the only ones playing with the concept of eugenetics.
When I'm gone I would like something to be named after me. A psychiatric disorder, for example.
He could simply be referring to genetically-transmitted diseases, after all. Plenty of parents would love to have that sort of genetic inferiority eliminated to ensure that their children would be born without serous physical oe mental defects, or even fatal diseases.
