just watched again after 10 years or so
really enjoyed it. I felt that HD made it seem like a new/different movie. you were able to see a lot more of The Fog/Blake's men.
shareThe latest 4K transfer does look and sound fantastic. Granted, I usually find old horror movies like this, from the 80s and pre-80s, to be creepier on vhs transfers or laserdiscs. Something about not being able too see as much of the details in shadows and the cold (horribly crappy) color palette made them more eerie. Maybe I'm the only person who thinks this, though.
