I would never recognize him in this movie. It's the same guy that played Dr. Silberman in Terminator movies.

Earl Boen - i always remember him as a telepathic informant in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, the episode with Gary Coleman. I think he was also a marriage guidance councillor in Naked Gun 33 1/3.
