Do some googling - I'm pretty sure there are companies that make them, and sell kits/guidebooks that you can use to build your own.

A sensory deprivation tank would be much cheaper and provide a much more meaningful relationship I would think.

Try eBay? Those things have to be pretty expensive and would cost a lot of semolians to ship.

Or failing that, construct one?

Watch How I Met Your Mother season 2 episode 14 and look for the Sensory Deprivator 5000. Should be reasonable to construct cost wise.
