Mistake In Movie?

O.K. where did Eddie get his clothes when he comes out of jail? When Eddie is found at the zoo he is completely naked. When Emily and Mason are at the jail he comes out with clothes that fit perfectly. A couple scenes later Eddie and Emily are home, Mason comes in with a bag of Eddie's clothes in it from the University. So to me this seemed like a mistake, did anyone else think the same way?

No I don't think it's a mistake. He mentions to her, when they are back home, that it must have been difficult (or words to that effect) to receive a call from the police at 2:45 in the morning. No doubt the police told her he was found nude and she took him clothes. If she didn't get them from where he was living she probably had some of his from when they were still living together.
