Well, what do ya expect? She was 33 when "Altered States" was made and therefore 64 when you posted. Now she's 69. Age happens to everyone, but she was beautiful and curvy in her prime. Speaking of which: At least she had a prime; not everyone can say that!

What I always wonder is: was the armpit hair intentional? Did the director tell her not to shave because it would be appropriate for her Anthropologist hippie intellectual character? Or did Blair Brown just not shave her armpits?
